Please note that as artists, we take pride in our knowledge of your haircare. Unfortunately if you choose not to follow our specific instructions on how to care for your extensions we will not be liable.

1. I understand that the service is final once the application is started. If the hair has been taken out of its packaging, custom colored & fitted to your head the hair can no longer be returned.

2. In the event that I no longer want to wear/have the extensions, I am still responsible for the total payment of services performed.

3. I acknowledge that I have been informed on proper care & maintenance for my Invisible Bead Extensions®.

4. I agree to let my stylist know of any allergies & I understand that if any allergic reactions occur, my stylist is not responsible. Including but not limited to silicone or metal allergies or contact dermatitis.

5. I agree to never cut, remove, color, perm, or use any other chemicals on my extensions other than what my stylist has approved.

6. I understand that I will see shedding of natural hair during my maintenance appointment. This is normal & should not be interpreted as hair that is damaged from the extensions.

7. I acknowledge that the risk of any damage to my hair or scalp is lowered by keeping regular maintenance appointments & following proper home care.
